CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

CrossFit Deerfield Beach provides programming for all those just starting out in their fitness journey as well as those who have competed and won the CrossFit Games. Our program is broad and inclusive and still allows for the feeling of training in and with a community while developing the necessary skill and strength for high-level CrossFit competition.

CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Deerfield Beach offers CrossFit kids classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm and Teens classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. CrossFit kids ages are 5-11 and teens are 12-18. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

Olympic Weightlifting
Barbell Club (Integrity Barbell) is a weightlifting club focused on the Olympic Lifts in the sport of weightlifting (Snatch and Clean and Jerk) and the strength movements associated with the lifts. Barbell Club meets Monday and Wednesday nights at 7pm. This class is offered to members and non-members.

CrossFit Deerfield Beach offers a program centered around improving and practicing proper rowing technique as taught by the CrossFit Rowing specialty course staff. These classes provide CrossFit WODs centered around the Concept 2 Rowing machine.

Our Endurance program embraces the CrossFit Endurance specialty course methodologies and practices. In these classes you will learn proper running technique and movement drills as well as how to improve your overall running ability.

CrossFit Lean
CrossFit Lean are our normal CrossFit classes without all the barbell movements. These high intensity classes are perfect for those looking to tone and sculpt without all the difficult and heavy barbell movements.
